He is the Co-Founder and CEO of CIV, and the Co-Founder and Chairman of The Nuclear Company, a fleet-scale nuclear development firm. Previously, Patrick founded and served as CEO of Inspire, a clean energy technology company acquired by Shell (NYSE: SHEL). An EY Entrepreneur of the Year award winner in Cleantech and Renewables, Patrick has also been recognized by Forbes, Fortune, and Fast Company. He is a member of the global leadership council at Conservation International and YPO LA, a community of global chief executives dedicated to leading impactful organizations. Before Inspire, Patrick co-founded Independence Energy and Energy Plus, both acquired by NRG (NYSE: NRG). He holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Jeff is a serial entrepreneur, investor, and community builder. He is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of CIV. Prior to founding CIV, Jeff co-founded Summit, a leading business and thought leadership community. Jeff also co-owns Powder Mountain, the largest ski resort in North America. As an active angel investor, he has made over 50 early investments in companies including SpaceX, Uber, Warby Parker, Scopely, and Devoted Health. Jeff also serves as a Senior Advisor to both for-profit and nonprofit organizations and was an early Senior Advisor to TPG Rise. He sits on the board of the Ocean Conservancy and is a member of Conservation International’s Leadership Council. Jeff is the co-author of Make No Small Plans, a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and holds a BA in International Business from American University.

Abhijoy is Co-Founder & Managing Partner of CIV. He is a career investor in technology and leads the investment team at CIV.Previously, Abhijoy was General Partner at Coatue, a ~$60B investment platform, where he invested across stages. Prior to Coatue, Abhijoy was Vice President at Valor Equity Partners, a ~$20B investment platform, where he invested at primarily the growth stage. Abhijoy began his career at Lazard, a leading financial advisory firm. He earned degrees in Electrical Engineering and Economics at Yale University, where Abhijoy graduated with Distinction.

Dan is an entrepreneur and operating executive who specializes in strengthening connections between founders, teams, investors, partners, and communities. He is the Head of Ops and Platform of CIV. With nearly two decades of leadership experience across energy, biotech, and B2C, he thrives at the intersection of innovation and infrastructure, designing teams, processes, and partnerships that enable scale, trust, and long-term impact—an operating ethos of “better together.” Most recently, he served as Chief of Staff to the COO at Expedia and to the CEO at Inspire (acquired by NYSE: SHEL). Dan holds a B.S. in Operations Management from Drexel University.

Mitchell’s experience spans investing in and advising category-defining technology companies. Most recently, Mitchell was a Senior Associate at Silver Lake, a global technology investment firm with over $100B in assets under management, where he focused on investments across enterprise software, AI, digital infrastructure, and social media. Prior to Silver Lake, Mitchell was an investment banker at Lazard, where he advised several leading technology companies on a broad range of strategic transactions, including acquisitions, capital raises, divestitures, and spin-offs. Mitchell holds a BS in Accounting from Brigham Young University, where he graduated with distinction.

Sam brings a mix of deep operating experience and early-stage investing. He spent over six years at Hyperloop One as an early team member, helping build a first-of-its-kind transportation system spanning aerospace, autonomy, and large-scale infrastructure. At Hyperloop, he led commercial and strategic efforts across product economics, go-to-market, partnerships, and fundraising as the company scaled from dozens to more than 300 employees, raised approximately $500 million in capital, and built and tested the world’s first full-scale, human-occupied hyperloop system. Today, Sam focuses on early-stage investments across robotics, industrial automation, digital infrastructure, and energy. He holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, graduating magna cum laude, and an MBA from UCLA Anderson.

Stephanie’s decades of C-suite experience at the intersection of law, policy, and regulatory transformation helps companies scale in complicated, unpredictable regulatory environments. In addition to serving as Chief Legal Counsel to Colorado's Governor, Stephanie has served as Chief Legal Officer for three different technology companies and most recently served as CEO/Chief Legal Officer of Inspire, a leading clean energy company that was acquired by Shell Industries in 2021.

Andrew is a creative director who has helped build some of the world’s most impactful brands in technology and climate innovation. His work for Apple involved collaborating with the executive team on communications and launch efforts from 2009–2017. More recently, he founded the creative studio AZS, where he crafts brand, strategy, and storytelling to scale new companies at the vanguard of energy, finance, health, and technology.
